Why do you use bamboo fiber?
Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows without pesticides or artificial irrigation. Its fibers are naturally soft, breathable, antibacterial, and hypoallergenic — offering superior comfort while being eco-friendly.
Is bamboo really better than cotton?
Yes. Bamboo grows 1000x faster than cotton, uses 90% less water, and requires no pesticides. Plus, our boxers last for years, so there's less waste.
Underwear shrinks in the wash?
No, our bamboo viscose is pre-treated and shrink-resistant. Simply wash at 40°C, like your other clothes. We've tested it over 100 times.
How long do boxers last?
On average, 2 to 3 years with normal use. Some customers are still wearing their first pair after 2 years. Compare this to regular boxers that develop holes after 3 to 6 months.
Do your boxers fit all body types?
Our boxers are designed to fit a wide range of body types, thanks to a well-thought-out cut and naturally stretchy fabric. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for added comfort.
How should I care for my bamboo boxers?
Wash at 30°C with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying, as it may damage the fibers. Fabric softener isn’t necessary — bamboo is naturally soft.
Can I use fabric softener?
It’s not needed. Our bamboo boxers remain soft even after multiple washes.
Are your boxers made in Europe?
Our products are designed in Europe and Usa, and manufactured in certified partner workshops that meet high ethical and environmental standards.
What if my boxer has a defect?
We take product quality seriously. If you receive an item with a defect, please send us a photo at support@uniqboxer.com — we’ll resolve it quickly.
Where can I find the size guide?
You’ll find a size guide on every product page. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
🛒 Orders & Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but most packages arrive within 2 to 6 business days across Europe. Please allow for additional time during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, etc.).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package at any time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly. If you notice any issues or extended delays, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@uniqboxer.com.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, it’s possible that there was an error in your email address. Contact us with your full name so we can locate your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Is shipping free?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start the process, email us at support@uniqboxer.com.
Can worn underwear be returned?
For hygiene reasons, only unworn items can be returned — unless there’s a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is free, subject to verification. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Non-compliant items may be refused or subject to partial refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal, and Klarna for deferred payments.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We never store your payment information.
